These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments) and apply exclusively to the distance selling of the Products and Services offered through the website www.naturalsucchi.com. 2) Offer to the public
The Products and Services with the relative Prices as present on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the website indicated above. The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site and concerning the Products and Services are concluded with the company Natural Succhi Srls Unipersonale.
3) Prices
All the prices of the products indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs and expenses related to additional Services made available by "Natural Succhi Srls Unipersonale", as indicated in the subsequent articles of these General Conditions, are charged to the Customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the Site, at the time the Order is sent, is applied to the Products and Services, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.
4) Order
Purchase Orders must be made online through the order procedure on the Site.
To proceed with the completion of the Purchase Order, the Customer can, alternatively, follow the following methods:
a) In the event that the Customer is already registered on the Site, it will be sufficient to enter their login credentials (username and password) by entering them in the "Login" section.
b) In the event that the Customer is not a User of the Site, it will be sufficient to enter the required data in the appropriate form, necessary to make the Purchase, by accessing the "Buy as a guest" section.

The Customer is not obliged to register and will be able to carry out all orders as a guest, but will still have to enter the mandatory data in order to correctly execute the order.
5) Methods of payment
Payment for the Order must be made when the Order is forwarded to naturalsucchi.com.
Payment must be made online with credit cards and / or, PayPal or bank transfer.
For transaction security reasons, Natural Succhi reserves the right to request the sending of a copy of an identity document of the credit card holder.
At the same time as the communication of the Order Confirmation, the total amount to be paid will be charged to the Customer.
Natural Succhi will issue an invoice relating to the Purchase Order, sending it by e-mail (if requested when ordering) and possibly inserting a copy inside the packaging to the person in charge of the Order. In the event that, within 48 (forty-eight) hours of order confirmation, the order holder does not receive the aforementioned invoice by e-mail, he or she can contact Natural Succhi at the "Contact us" link. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer will prevail. Natural Succhi therefore reminds the Customer to always check, with the utmost attention, the accuracy of the tax information provided.
6) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are charged to the Customer, except for products with shipping included, and adequately highlighted and detailed in the Purchase Order and in the subsequent Order Confirmation.

7) Tracking the shipment
All shipments made by Natural Succhi are covered by the tracking service. The customer will receive the tracking code, generated during shipment, at the email address provided when ordering. In the event that within 24 hours of the notification of shipment the holder of the Order does not receive the aforementioned code by e-mail, the same can contact Natural Succhi at the link "Contact us".
8) Exports / exemptions and VAT concessions
The Products sold by Natural Succhi are subject to the laws and regulations in force regarding customs and export control and therefore must be purchased, exported and used in compliance with these regulatory provisions. 10) Cancellation of Purchase Order

12) Right of withdrawal

This number must be indicated by the Consumer when returning the Product (s).
